Default Sold it Today

Sold the Ultra Classic Electra Glide today. Now comes the anticipation of the new bike - 2013 Fatboy Lo in Black Denim with V&H 2 black Big Radius 2 into 2 pipes, heavy breather air intake, removable windscreen, and sissy bar with backrest. Might get some removable bags too. Plan to pick it up in the spring. Can't wait.

It would be awful tough, if not impossible, for me to get rid of the Ultra in favor of a soft tail. Now, ADDING a soft tail would be a different story!! Sounds like you are happy, and that is all that matters! Enjoy your new ride and ride safely!

Ultra is a beautiful bike. After owning one, I can see why folks love 'em. It just wasn't for me.

From a bagger to a Fatboy? Interesting choice and congrats on the new bike. How hard was the Ultra to sell?

cheers

I recently sold my Road Glide. I too, am going to get a fat boy or deluxe. Less is more... Back to basics, etc. Blah, blah, blah

Not too hard. Had it on Craigslist for a couple of weeks. Got asking price, which I thought was a fair deal. I was a bit surprised I got my price this time of year. I thought I'd end up having to list it again in the spring. But it was a sweet bike that kinda sold itself.

Did you guys get sick of having the stuff you need accessible? I miss my Dyna but just couldn't move away from the bagger.

No problem. Just need to redefine "what you need".
