Its a Fat Boy 2016 ... . And after doing more research I believe the passenger seat is named 'pillion' ... (maybe you can also enlighten me on the correct wording )
If you just want to cover the pillion seat bolt hole with something when the pillion is off; just get a chrome thumb screw that is used to attach the pillion or rack with. A chrome cap screw would work as well.
