primary cover

I have a 94 primary cover with a 3 hole derby cover like this one. I would like to know if there is one with five holes that would take the place of it?

That primary cover is drilled and threaded for a 3 hole derby cover. You can probably modify it to accept a 5 hole derby but it will take a bit of work.

I was hoping there might be a cover that would mount up with the five holes already there

I don't know for sure but a 2000 bagger uses a 34901-94C gasket. There is a good chance it's the same as a 94 bagger/fxr. If so I'd expect that the covers would interchange. I don't know for sure tho.

what model bike? I my 99 Fatboy had the evo motor an it had a 5 hole derby cover. I've hear of people swapping them since there's so many more options for derby covers available .
