I just got back from Black Bear. All I can say is I am not going back. First when I dropped off my bike I got the attitude from the sales/service person about dropping off my bike and wanting to know what the extra couple of parts they charged me for. I never got a clear answer on the extra parts. The staff knew I was waiting for my bike and instead of them telling me it was done I found out by stepping out for some fresh air. Then I had to find someone to finish my bill and everyone from that department was at lunch. I did get a sales guy to help me out he was nice. I asked for the two drain plugs they charged me for on my bill and any extra parts from the carb rejet, they gave me all the parts to include the used oil filter and gaskets and they still forgot to give me one of the plugs. I also had to have them re aim my headlight, on Friday I rode for the first time at night and could only see about 5 feet in front of me. I guess that’s what I get for having a dealer prep my bike that didn’t sell it. The place is a joke.

Just check it over really well. You might have better luck than i did but for now on i am going to Sycamore HD.
Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind. Let us know if you have any better luck with Sycamore. Where is that by the way? Figures too because black bear is like 20 min from my house.
Sycamore is about 30min this side of Nottingham. I live right between them, you on the other hand would have a hell of a ride to them. Here is there site check them out. I have been up there a few time and everone is great.

I don't know what you people in the UK expect from a dealership! They have one of the noisiest "intro" pages I've ever seen for a dealership AND they tell you right up front that they are an "Award Winning Dealership"! Of course, the site navigates crappy, but the prices would be good if the exchange rate were just exchanged.
With all that noise and flash, yet lack of substance, are you sure that this stealership isn't owned by a Yank???
Had my 1000 mile check up last year and no gaskets or seals were touched. What kind of price is the dealership charging for this checkup if I may ask. I believe mine was 220 when I had mine done.
