PC 5 Failure

Default PC 5 Failure

Need some help.... Installed new pipes (MGS true duals), screaming eagle air cleaner, 103 with stock cam. PC5 came tuned, hooked it up and bike will not fire. Tried different map and still nothing. Reloaded the firmware still nothing. Is this a bad PC5 or am I missing something. Oh talking about a 2013 roadking

Did you unplug it and go back to stock to see if it will fire?

Yes with the ECM plugged back in it fires right up, however runs very lean. ECM was flashed over a year ago for stage 1 is what Harley told me.

Also, recheck your connections (battery, PCV) & make sure your run switch is on...

I have power to PCV it clashes from red to green during the prime after flipping run switch. The injectors sound as if they are working. It just won't fire

Has anybody heard of the Crank Positioning Sensor going bad and is there a way to test it

If the bike starts without the PC and not with it then the PC is bad. You'll have to send it in.

First you'll have to wait on hold with dynojet for 30 minutes. Then you will have to convince the tech that the power commander is the problem. Ask me how I know this. Hope it's brand new and with warranty remaining.

Definitely start with dynojet, plug the pcv in the computer and contact them thru the computer. They will remotely access your PCV and maybe be able to diagnose and possibly repair from their end. I did this with mine and all worked out well. Granted mine was just an update requirement. But I thought they were very helpful.
Worth a shot.
