Electrical Issues
1995 Ultra Classic.
Originally, bike ran fine...but every couple of years,,,the stator would burn out. Bike is equipped with every conceivable extra lighting fixture that was possible for that time frame. I stopped turning on all the extras. More frequently, the bike would just shut down.. suddenly. After a waiting delay..it would start and run just long enough to get home. Currently there is no power from ignition switch to anything. Stator & coil replaced recently.
Unable to physically locate ignition module...thinking that perhaps it has been has replaced for this EFI system with some other component . Actually had an HD tech, out of shop, try to locate the coil...could not find.,
Looking for any assistance from another person having such an experience.
