High Speed electrical shutdown

So heres the skinny, About a month ago my 2006 nighttrain, totally shut down after 3 min of rideing. it would not start. I let it sit for about 5 min then it started. tonight im on the highway doing about 75-80mph and the bike shut down again this time i watched the speedo drop which indicated to me that it was electrical. luckly it came right back on about 1 sec later. it did this 3 more times at different speeds. but never fully died always came back on its own. WHAT IS THIS PLEASE HELP

Check the connection for water or such in the ECM connector, check for loose battery connection, check the ground on the frame or starter housing.
