Default Can a thundermax deal with 103/110 builds?

What the topic says - can the thunder max auto-tune deal with, say, a 110 build, or is it just for pipes/intake? Can it deal with a 103?

Don't know the speicifics of your build but there are maps for 110 and 103 in the software.

I was reading the literature Zippers sent me last night on the T-Max and it looks to be
able to handle them with no problem.

I have a 2005 RKC with the 103, V&H head pipes with Bassani slip on muffs. I have the T-max with Auto Tune. They did have to add the O2 sensors to my head pipes. I went through a SERT and a Power Commander after doing the initial engine swap. The bike just never ran well and had a lot of surging at 25-30 mph, popping on decel and horrible mileage. I chased these problems for a year after doing the engine swap. I live in SD and when I went to Sturgis this year, I had Zippers put the Tmax with auto tune on my bike and map it. Talk about a miracle. Instant fix. Mileage came back from 27 to nearly 40 on the hwy during the 350 mile ride home. It got better through the remainder of August and September. All the performance I paid for is finally at my fingertips. All the popping and surging is completely gone. I finally feel like I have the bike I wanted with the 103 and feel like the price was worth it. I hope this helps you.

awesome It'll be my ECU of choice then. Do you just get the Autotune module, or the EFI module as well?

Yes the Thundermax w/auto tune will support any of these builds and works very well. We have installed and tuned them on 120" and 131" builds with no problems as you have complete control of the injectors and ignition timing. The better question would be are the stock throttle body and injectors large enough which would depend on the actual build.

That's the beauty of the T-max system. It has the ability to be used on a large variety of builds and engine sizes. Change the engine, change the map and with the auto-tune it will do the rest!!
