Default SERT help
ok,....i posted this question a month or so ago only to find out i did not have proper connections for pc.

Here I go ,,,,

I trade in my 06 springer for an 06 road glide.

The bike came with an SERT in th saddlebag.

All I want to do is verify that this device is married to my bike (or any other for that matter).

If it has never been mated, I will probably opt to sell it and go with power comander.

How do I Find this info (and not accidently mate them) now that I have all the proper connections,

....Any help appreciated

I hate to hijack, but mine came with one. According to the dealer mine is mated. I would think yours is too if it was included. Anyway I 'm wondering if you need software for the pc. If so, how can I get it?

yes there is software.

should be able to get it from the steeler.

possibly someone has the soft ware you could load onto your pc

You can order it from Zannotti's for about twenty dollars.
