Delta supplied this answer....

"Interpolate is used when you don't have enough good data to accurately arrive at a good value. I think it looks to adjacent cells to compute what the correct value should be."

However, for some reason my redline still hits around 5800 +/-. I have the RPM limiter set at 6200 in my tune and the settings on the PV itself and I've been doing DataLogs so I know things are working but I look at the Tach on the bike and on the gauges I have running on the PV and it still won't go to the 6200 mark. Anyone have this problem? My bike is a 2012 StreetGlide. Do I need to recalibrate my speedo or is it some glitch in the ECM that wont let the PV override it?

Thanks
Check the max speed in gear. If you are trying to redline in 1st or 2nd you might me hitting the limits set there. I have all 6 gears set to the max speed.

I'm jealous of everybody autotuning! My 05 Deuce doesn't have O2 sensors so I'm saving up for the Autotune module with the wideband O2's.

In the meantime, does anybody know how i can get the gauges to show what gear the bike is in? I have it selected as one of the gauges but it just stays blank.

Thanks!

Hello, I've got my tune in the 1% - 2% change range on each autotune so I think I am pretty much done and gonna leave it alone.

I have read on here about people smoothing out their VE's just curious if this something I should do or just run the tune how it is? Thanks

Blank while moving or standing still??
The bike has to be moving for the ecm to calculate which gear it's in.

Where do you set the RPM limit in each gear? Mine only has one setting..

Moving or standing still, it never shows anything.

Has anyone noticed any issues with AFR in the 105 level ECMs with the 2.0.0-1193 firmware? I'm having an issue with displayed "Set AFR" locking in values are not resident in my AFR table.

Here's the set-up:
I load a calibration into the PV (AFR table cells have a range of 12.3 -14.4) and ride the bike. After about 15 minutes the Set AFR begins indicating values different from what is reflected in the table for a given RPM/MAP. Where I should be seeing a range of 14.1-14.3 for the region of RPM/MAP, I'm seeing .3 -.6 higher/leaner values. Eventually, the indicated AFR will scroll to 14.7 and at that point latch that value in, regardless of TP/RPM/MAP. *Before some asks, Yes, this is after the warm-up AFR event is expired, and No, AT is not enabled. In fact, I've held off installing the wide bands because of this anomaly.

Anyone have a link to the previously released PV Firmware (sans AT functionality)? My fear is that the current Monte Carlo method of AFRs not just an indication issue, and may be creating overly lean conditions. With brand new motor work I'm apt to default to the safe position...
