Auto Signal Config – automatically sets up popular signals for datalogging purposes. Useful for manual review, tech support, and for use with Log Tuner.

You can select:
  • Manual
  • Auto (General Logging)
  • Auto (Narrowband Tuning)
  • Auto (Wideband Tuning)

Today I had a lone box in the middle of the screen that I had a hell hitting, took me forever to find the right combination of gear, throttle and/or brake to get that little bastard, the rest weren't a big problem.

Looks like there is a new Beta firmware update 2.0.0-1188. I tried to install the 1.0.15-1185 and this is what I ended up with..

Thanks for the info. I had loaded 1185 yesterday and didn't have a chance to use it before 1188 came out. Looks like the doc didn't change though, with the exception of the link to check the version and the firmware d/l.

The bike is running extremely well using version 1185, I think I'll wait for the final release and give it another go.

Dan or Jaime, any news what this new update provides? With the move to 2.x versioning, are we moving out of beta shortly?

I "broke" the PV_Beta firmware link for now. A public release will be available via the PV Update Client in a few hours.

For the record.....

1.0.15-1188 or 2.0.0-1188 (if you have it):
  • Changed the default color on “Day Mode” of the datalog theme to display the channel in black, as opposed to white.
Yes, the 2.0.0-xxxx stuff is the cut over (for revision control) where Autotune and all the other goodies will be public!

In regards to software that will allow you to review datalogs, well, we all might have a special treat ready for use by Saturday morning. The first application within Dynojet's new "Power Core Software Suite" will be a data analysis application. This will be free and allow you to review logs from the Power Vision in the form of graphs, tables, and 3D iterations. On the graph side of things, you can load multiple logs (that have multiple channels) to compare A-to-B.....or A-to-B-to-C-to-D for that matter.

Hang in there, better days are coming for tuning your Harley.

Will these features be available to me if I purchase a PV2? Or is this some sort of add-on module?

Even "better days" - I'm still very impressed with the *current* better days! Kudos to DynoJet and the partnership of Fuel-Moto in continuing to exceed expectations with respect to the Power Vision. Even a simpleton like me is now happily auto-tuning. You guys exemplify quality products and after-sale customer service.
