Tedman.... I have not used the fuel milage gages yet at all. i do remember seeing something in an older post about it. I think it was one of iclicks posts from early on. If you call the trip A and B up is there a button on the screen that will let you scale it to match your fuel milage calc off the odometer ( i assume this is what you are comparing it too ). If you plug in your powervision to your laptop or PC then run update and it shows the latest firmware then your good to go. I have not used it so i have no information on it.

I too am experiencing the same thing. I am performing an AutoTune basic with factory O2 sensors. All of the steps match what has been described. Everything seems to function as expected. The only strange thing is that if I use WinPV to compare the original FM map to any of the generated AutoTune maps, nothing is ever different! The delta is always 0. Can the original FM map be as good as it can get?

Well, kepros, we seem to be in the same boat. "cbrown" back in post #4249 details how to do the basic. I still can't quite get it but I am going to try again later today. I also failed to thank him for his generous help and taking the time to explain it so........thank you cbrown!

Gents.... do you get to the point that when you are doing auto tune runs you see a green grid come up? as you ride you will see this grid populate cells with hits. If your seeing hits in the green grid then what do you do when you are stopping? After you stop your run are you exiting the green screen? It will take you to the auto tune screen again. Hit export learned button. Then it asks where you want to save it. Select a slot ( from one of the 6 that is offered ) The file is usually named something like autotune001. if you are getting that far you should be able to take it to your PC and open WinPV program,with your PV hooked to the PC with the USB cable that came with the PV. The face of the PV will say something like PC link. Use the get tune button on the tool bars on the top of the winPV program. It will open up a small window that will have the tunes you have saved onto your PV. Select the tune you want to import into WinPV.

Also if you have all the factory default settings still set the way the powervision came to you...understand the only thing that will have changes are your VE tables in the airflow folder. if your looking at your Air fuel ratio this will not change. Nor will your timing unless you set the timing up in the PV to make changes.

On dyno jets web site there is a auto tuning manual. it is pretty good at outlining the procedures to use autotune.

Thanks, BC. I just got back from my 3rd run. Followed directions. I have the PV hooked up to computer and in WinPV I do not see VE tables under air flow. I have been looking at AF ratio the whole time. Can you tell me how to access the VE tables. Thanks....

When Win Pv program is open on the left hand side there should be folders. The second folder down will say Airflow i think. 9 cant remember i have slept since last night ) click the check box next to it. It will open the folder just like any other windows program....The last 2 files in that folder should be VE front and VE rear.

The airflow folder only has engine displacement, idle rpm & idle rpm adder. Can't see any VE tables.

You will need to update your tune then i think. it will open up more files for you to be able to view with WinPV.

With your powervision connected to the PC....Open WinPv just like you were going to get a tune. Click on the power vision menu on the top. In the drop down will be update tune. i cant remember if you have to select a tune first or just click update tune and it will ask you which tune.

That should open up all the files in the tune you cant see. After you update tune go back in to airflow folder and you should be all set.

make sure your powervision is up to date with the latest revisions before you do this. if you got it from fuel moto it will be they are great for doing all that before they ship it to you.

It needed a tune loaded to update. I did that but still no VE tables appear under airflow. I updated my firmware, etc through DynoJet this past Saturday.

Thats all i can think of. Might want to call dynojet tech support then or if you got it from fuelmoto call jamie. maybe they have a different angle.
