Thunderheader w/o intake?

Ok, so my thunderheader came in and I was wondering if there would be a problem if I installed it without the PCIII/Sert, & SE air cleaner? Will it run fine, and more importantly, will I mess anything up? In other words can I just install the pipes for right now?
