changing the fuel filter in my 2010 Softail Convertible

Default changing the fuel filter in my 2010 Softail Convertible
Is there any information or youtube video on how to change the fuel filter on a Softail ..?

Hopefully the link works, ive been having problems with my phone lately. There is also part 2 which you should find easily enough

that doesnt look like the gas tank on a Softail. Is there a difference ? I have a fuel gauge on my left side of the fuel tank. Thanks for any help.

Yeah mines on the left. I just used the video mainly for the technique used to flip the arm back. I dont think he's the sharpest tool in the shed but it should give you a rough idea, it worked for my 06 train

Just had to watch a bit again to refresh my memory. My gauge is on the left, filler cap on the right, but the fuel pump, filter etc hang from the centre part that your console bolts to. Replace that oval shaped gasket and the 10 or 12 little bolts as well. And the pump to filter hose and clamps. And clean the screen. I think thats it!

Oz I can't open your link for some reason..? If I need to pull the center console I guess that makes sense. I don't see how I take the console off though ..?

My console just has 1 nut below the speedo. Nightrain is pretty much a softail standard so i think its very different to yours. I just dont want to misguide you thats all

I think number 4 or 5 is the filter on yours, mine runs the other way with a different bracket. I dont even want to guess how many other differences there are
