Just curious as why a "bone stock" bike that will out perform MOST of the modified Harley's on the road is a problem?
I have two 05s (Ultra... with some stuff and a CVO that has been worked) that will kick the **** out of anything bone stock. The new 107 or 114, take your pick.
I'm not sure comparing the 103 to the 107 is apples to apples. What I really like about the M8 over the twincam is the low end torque and the relatively constant power curve (slope?).
Beary
Yes I got a extensive test ride on a 17 SGS. You are right about the power delivery. It's not like what we are used to where you learn the sweet power band spot. I took a bunch of pictures.
As an owner of 2 different Limiteds one which was hopped up with cam, exhaust etc.and now the owner of a 17....the 107 stock out of the box is indeed an improvement.
Hey guys, the above is from someone who has "actually" rode them.
