The list price is from that website and I've confirmed with multiple dealers the numbers are pretty right on. The offer price is based off what a lot of dealers will do deals on which is 15% which I have also confirmed as well. Literally had one dealer tell me the 15% number. There is still a few hundred in wiggle room, but you shouldn't pay anymore that 15% over cost. If the dealer won't sell at these prices, call another one.
