I had every intention of buying a new 2019 CVO Limited when they were launched in August. I was significantly disappointed in the lack of upgrades and improvements for 2019 Touring bikes with nothing more than a BOOM software upgrade and a gorilla glass touch screen improvement. I am seriously hopeful that the lack of improvements for the 2019 bikes means they have focused their R&D $s on a major upgrade and improvement to be launched with their 2020 bikes. Maybe:
a redesign of the engine that kicks sumping and fluid transfer to the curb
a reverse gear on their big touring bikes like BMW, Honda, and Yamaha
an electrically adjustable windshield like all the other touring bike manufacturers
a more powerful engine
a more rigid, adjustable mono-shock touring frame
If 2020 brings these or even some of these improvements to the 2020 Touring bikes, I will be at the head of the line to buy a new 2020 CVO RG Ultra.
Given the cliff that Harley sales have fallen off of, they could use ever sale possible. Trust me, they are begging for buyers like me. Cash and carry and tons of upgrade investments? You're living in a fantasy world if you think HD wouldn't bend over backwards to get me to buy a bike.

THEY are the ones bending over backwards taking it in the *** from you
and you really are stupid cash and carry lol they rather have a guy use HD's bank make more!
and you act like your king digaling your not the only one that buys upgrades
Nice find. Looks like somebody missed one in the great "cover his ***" purge of incriminating evidence.
Its been posted before. And it matches exactly what I shared earlier in this thread regarding the facts of when I bought my bike, the upgrades made and the bike being fully compliant in the Spring of 2017 as HD was modifying their long held practices regarding honoring warranty claims. As those practices more firmly changed, so did I. As I stated and was confirmed by HD and my dealer, my bike was fully compliant when all 3 Stage IV 117 engines sumped.
We can repeat this story a hundred times. The ending will be the same. The bike was compliant. The engine sumped 3 times and had 4 engines installed all covered under warranty. I no longer own the bike. I am still posting about my sumping experience for those that are dealing with M8 engine sumping for the first time. And 3 Model Years later, M8s are still be sumping. The saga continues.

Really?? Now the posts have to turn vulgar in their attacks?? Simply childish. Read the HD financials. The only bright spot was the "Financing" sector which made huge profits of all the guys taking out huge high rate loans from HD to buy a Harley. I'll never be one of them. I will always have access to "cheaper" money than through HD.
