Did you put some type of fuel injector cleaner in your fuel lately? This will mess with your O2 if you put too much.
No I did not. The dealer is taking the bike back next week. They have been told by Harley to move the O2 sensors from front to back rear cylinder and so on to see if the code follows the sensor and check for exhaust leaks.
Same issue here I was curious how it was dealt with.
My 2018 Sport glide is doing same after Mods dealer keeps taking it in and when I get it back it does same.
Check engine light and the code is O2 sensor.

The dealer followed Milwaukee instructions and the only thing they have found suspicious was a bad connector on the main harness. I burned a full tank last weekend and so far, the engine light is not back on. I have been instructed to keep them posted and bring the bike back if the light comes back on.
I was out west for the last couple weeks and got the same code. Called the dealer in Salt Lake they told me they had seen this before and it was related to altitude and the tune. Mine is a 17 Limited with a stage one kit. I had to clear the code 4 different times. Each time I had been above 9000 ft. Still gonna take it to my dealer now that I am back home.
Same issue back and forth to dealer for check engine light(code o2 sensor) after mods.
I just added an auto tuner I will keep you guys posted.
The dealer is telling me that the exhaust (Rinehart slip on) I chose is the issue but they were the one that suggested it originally and sold it to me.
Dealer now proceeds to try and sell me a full Bassani exhaust with an auto tuner... oh yeah and how they won't sell the Bassani exhaust without an auto tuner..
I got them to do the auto tuner free labor after all my back and forth with the bike to shop.
I like the look and sound of the Rinehart slip on so we will see how it acts with the auto tuner so far it's ok no check engine light yet but only rode about 20 miles to home from shop.
This weekend will tell after I put some miles on it.
Ok so I previously posted about adding an Auto Tuner to my bike after having issues with Check engine light(O2 sensor code) and it seems to have fixed my problem.
Bike is running amazing after riding Saturday and Sunday only issue now I heard rattling after riding, looks like they didn't completely tighten the sensor into the bung it got loose so I tightened it and bike runs amazing with auto tuner.
