Cycle Solutions has a pretty good price on that pipe, $539 and free shipping. It's probably as good a choice as any and the price is decent. I may have gone that way if I was in the market.

This shows how how they are made and why they work well.

Don't forget that bike has a S+S 465 cam in it.

Here is a dyno sheet for a 107, TTS 100 cam and Fullsac header.

Now here is a dyno sheet of a 107, TTS 100 cam and the stock header decatted.

As you can see by 2100 rpm the bikes were making the same amount of torque and pretty much had identical output from then on. The Fullsac did make a difference in torque below 2100 rpm, but is that worth $700 to you. The Fullsac header is probably as good a header as any offered, so I wouldn't think the results would be much different with any 2-1-2 that you want to compare. Granted, it was not the same bike or the same dyno so you can take it for what it is worth. I personally don't think that the aftermarket headers make much difference until you get into some bigger motors. So you can ask others if they felt a lot of difference in their bikes performance and they may say yes, but is the pipe the only change they made? Just something to think about.
Eh, that’s almost an oranges and orangutans comparison. 2 different dyno, I don’t know what mufflers are on the second bike, what air cleaners, run conditions... I absolutely agree about the header vs decatted stock. If you can’t weld (or have access to someone who can), Fulsac, Fuel Moto, ect are great options for all stages. IMHO, I wouldn’t half *** it by trying to punch the cat out through the back of the pipe.

so, not a whole hearted disagreement, just a different view from another vantage point.

Sorry, both bikes are running stock cans with Fullsac cores, the stock decatted header was running 2” cores. I think it is interesting how close the results are between the bikes.

You don’t need a welder to remove the cat, just a long drill bit. Takes about 30 minutes.
