Hey Lads, Iv'e just got hold of a complete top end off a 2018 Fat Boy 114.
Parts include heads, barrels, pistons, rings, fuel intake module, oil pump, injectors and a 25400190 cam Which i believe is of a 107 like mine.
Does anyone know if all these parts will bolt straight on to my current bike.....
I have a 5 year extended warranty so will get a shop to do it...
Cheers

what are the Aussie HD Rules concerning warranty? even if they work, Stateside if installed after 60 days of new bike purchase they wouldn't be considered OEM parts therefore not qualifying for the same level of coverage...or maybe your extended 5 year is a different 3rd party that doesn't play by those rules..?? just thinking worth considering if you haven't already determined all that part
The pistons won't work, the stock 114 is 4.5" stroke & 107 is 4.375", piston will be .0625+ below the top of the cylinders = low compression ratio. The heads, intake, injectors, & cams are the same as your 107, the oil pump is probably the latest version & the cylinders are a little thicker sleeve so they can be over bored a little larger. Sorry but no real bolt on improvements with what you bought.

I think we, USA, are the only warranty issue country due to our EPA's Decree. If there were something like Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act there, then the aftermarket parts, after the 60 days, would have to be proven as culprit of the failure.

You might as well put those heads up for sale too.... soft tail air/oil cooled, limeted would be twin cooled. the cylinders are good to have if you want to have them bored and get the proper [for your build] pistons...

I believe you can take them 114 cylinders and bore them to 120.Thats what I would do,use your heads may have to change springs.pick the cam you want and set the 120 to the compression the cam needs,oh and get bigger throttle body and injectors.
than sale off the leftover parts,to offset some of you cost.
