Default Throwing Codes b2151/b2156/b2262

I have an issue I am hoping the community can share some input on what I should do. I have 2019 FLHRXS with roughly 4800 miles. I bought it brand new and really not have been able to ride it much because of a new job and my wife having our first child. I did not have any issues with the RKS until I had two things done to it.
- I had 14' Carlini Menace Apes installed by a trusted Indy. Got the bike back 4/22
- I installed a S&S Stealth AC and the new PV4 Bluetooth unit sourced from Fuel Moto.
When I left the Indy's shop, my house less than 5 miles away. On that ride home, no warning lights came on. I did not put any miles between getting it home and then putting the AC/Tuner on the bike. I put the parts on Sunday, 4/24. After putting those parts on the bike, I took it for a spin. About 5 miles into the ride, I noticed the security red light was on. I came straight home and used my PV unit to see what the codes were. It did not read anything but gave me an option to clear codes, so I did that. I then went back out and within another 5 miles, the light came back on. I then started researching what might be wrong and reset my security pin with both fobs present and cleared the codes, flashed it back to stock, then reflashed it back to the FM tune I have. I ran out of time to ride that day so I parked it.
Forward to today. I took the bike out for a spin and loaded up my PV unit. I went 5 miles roughly and the red security light came back on. This time, I had learned how to enter the Diagnostic Mode and grabbed the codes. It gave me these codes: b2151/b2156/b2262. I cleared the codes via the speedo toggle switch and took back off. Again, 5ish miles into my ride, the light came back on. I pulled over into a lot and got the same codes from DIAG mode. I tested my lights and all turn signals/brake lights were lit up. I hit each turn signal and both front/back of both left and right worked. I stepped on the brake pedal to see if I had brake lights but nothing changed with the rear lighting. So, I flashed my bike back to stock, buttoned everything back up and took off. Same thing, 5 miles down the road, light comes on. I enter DIAG mode and get the same three codes plus two new codes U0100/U0156 and then it flashes PN 41000341e. Bike is running fine though and not having any issues. I clear the codes, reflash with the FM supplied tune and off I go. Red security light does not come on until roughly 10 miles into the ride. Get home, only codes that displayed now were the first three b2151/b2156/b2262. I asked my wife to check my brake lights as I went up and down the cul-de-sac. She told me that when I was hitting my brakes, there was no change in lighting from the rear of the bike. I will disclose also that both my front and rear lights are Custom Dynamic LED units. Again, I did not have problems with this lighting for essentially 4800 miles before the two customization events happened within the last three weeks. I put these on roughly two years ago when the bike had less than 500 miles.

So, I do not have any brake lights but my brakes are physically working fine and my turn signals/all other lighting is working fine. I have had a PV before on an 05 Heritage and I did not have any issues with anything after flashing the bike myself. Before the "stock bike or bust folks" come to say shouldn't have tuned your bike, I accept all responsibility for my actions with this but seem hard press to believe a tuner would cause brake light failure (bike was out of warranty anyways). I have to think the Indy shop did not do something to finish buttoning up the bike after installing the bars? Is there something I can check myself that might fix this issue? I am planning on taking the bike to Deadwood the week before Memorial Day and would like to solve this so I can continue with that plan.

This forum has been a great resource for me and I greatly appreciate any feedback or help you all can provide. Pic of my bike for attention.

Below is a link talks about what to do for the first two codes. The third code b2262 comes up as front brake switch stuck, link below.
Good Luck

On my 2019 Harley Davidson breakout fxbr. It all started first with my red security light staying on after getting that all figured out. I started to get code 2156h. My problem came from I changed my mirrors and I just so happened to tighten the mirror up on the front brake lever way too tight and by doing this it was not letting my plunger return back. Come to find out I had a buddy do the same thing on his Street Bob and that is how I found out what the problem was. Readjusted and didn't tighten this tight to clean the grommet out for future preventive maintenance and works great.

Default Same exact issue/codes

I’ve got a 21’ Forty Eight, say 6,000mi. While on a ride, red indicator light came on, and went away shortly after(on for 5mins). Nothing felt/ sounded abnormal mechanically.

Checked codes when I got home (B2151,B2156 & B2262),did a once over on the bike, cleared the codes. Nothing obvious.

1 week later, while riding red indicator came on, cleared itself in less than a minute. So I decided to dig into it.

What I found is that my brake lights were getting hung on. This only happened when I hit the front brake vs the rear brake (operating as intended).

By removing the right hand controls and parts, I was able to find that the brake lever, which is notched to open a contact when the lever is released, but was not depressing the contact to open.

White tip with anti-seize is what is pushed in when the brake lever is released, thus turning off the brake lights when the lever has been let out.
