Yeah everyone pretty much covered it, a lot depends on who you take it to and how picky they are with regard to regulations and what county you are in.

Welcome back to PA..I live southeast of Pittsburgh. The only hassle you might get on the bike is exhaust is not suppossed to be altered. Doesn't matter much if you live here, but they are suppossed to do a full inspection on a vehicle coming in from another state. Most people are cool with it, occasionally you find an idiot.
