Bycicle shops also sell dry lube - The Tri-Flow is very good.

Thanks Ron. I happen to be a bicycle man also. I have some of the dry chain lube. I'll test mine first to see if it's the right type. If not I'll head to Lowes for the graphite or the bike shop for the second one.

thanks

Remember me men? I thank you all for your help.

The noise is gone!!!!! it just wore in. My guy said to give it a thousand miles or so. But I went way more than that and the noise was still there. So I basically gave up. Then one day I said to myself "let me check". Shut the motor off while going down a hill and stuck my big fat head as close to the wheel as I could and BAM, no noise!!! Of course I have re-tested a bunch of times since then. I've been meaning to tell you guys but just getting around to it today. What a stupid thing that was. If I had to guess I would say around the 3000 mile mark it was gone. I don't know what it was. Must be that my new pulley didn't like an older belt??? But whatever it was it is silent now and I can love my breakout again. Here's another pic just because...haha

And that noise cost me big. Two Pulleys. Two machining of the pulleys and three sets of bearings and an expensive HD bearing tool. I hate noises(as you can tell)

And again thanks for all the help you guys!!

Good to hear.

Great photo, one slick looking BO, but wrong photo, we want to see the new pulley.

First off Ron I could of sworn I posted a hundred pictures. It's been so long I forgot I didn't. And I never take a pic of that side. I have a swing arm bag on that side. So I never thought to take one when I have it off to clean it. But I will. I does look good without that bag. I just need it for some sort of storage. I know Breakout's should have NOTHING on them to look their best but I love that little bag.

But I will get one sir!!!

Just got it back from it's winter tune up. Wow what a difference. Now this thing is how it should of been from the factory. Had big fat cams put in. Head and intake work. Roller rockers and lifters. Gear drive. and of course re-tuned. I have joined the 100HP club. True 100HP. Not playing with tire pressure on the dyno or any tricks like that. Could of got more if it wasn't for my cheap V&H exhaust. But I don't like the looks of any other brand at this time. My breakout is so much better now I don't even recognize it. Idles like it should(by not revving as high as it did). Shifts tens times better, Doesn't seem to be as high geared now. The cam change made all the difference in the world on this thing. I love it again. Bike is filthy but here's the pic of the sprocket Ron. Thanks for all your help.
