Android... here's a screen shot from my Samsung S5. You may also want to make sure that the ACR is on... if you want it to be.

Got it working. I needed to complete a firmware update but couldn't ever figure out how to get that going. Turns out, I had find where to turn the autotune off before the option appeared to go through the update.

Update completed and then the world opened up on the app.
