Fobs are standard with the 2017 "S" models, not sure about the others...

My 17 (Deluxe) did not come with an alarm.
But I knew that going in, I asked up front & looked at the standard/optional equipment list.
Some people like them, some don't.
I had a fob with my 09 Ultra.....
I liked the extra security but did not have it added to my Deluxe.

Well, surely the OP knew there was no security system when he rode off on the bike with no Fob.

Having said that, the security system is *definitely* something you want. I have the security system and siren, and am thinking of adding the pager notification.

I didn't ride the bike until it was delivered at my house. At the signing in the dealership the keys were in the bag . When the bike started up I just figured because of their proximity they allowed the bike to be started. It was only after the bike was off the trailer and into my shed did I unpack the bag finding no fobs.

Plan on getting it for sure. At $500 it may be a week or so before I do.
