Default DNA Wheels, who's gottem?

Looking into 18.5x3.5 / 16x3.5 F/R Mammoth 52's. I like my wheels to pop and chrome to shine. I'm curious about the SS Spokes, do they shine
up as well as the chrome? Another choice is always Ride Wrights, but I'm not building a show bike.

Also wondering about ride quality on the 18 front wheel over the stock 16. Thoughts?

Thanks

Ride quality i can help with. If the OD of the tires are the same between the 16 and 18, the only difference will be that the 18 will feel more firm. If the 18 is taller than the 16, it will feel slightly more heavy at low speed and feel more solid at high speed.

I've read that, they did have a bad rep a few years back, I spoke with my Indy today, he said the quality and workmanship has gotten a lot better the past couple years.

Thanks, my indy said almost the exact same thing, I may go with the 18 because I think the 16 will look to busy, such a small wheel and so may spokes, RW has a Fat 30 I love but no need to drop that kinda money on a 16 year old bike, it's not a show bike, not that she isn't always spotless, but more of a touring softail.
Thanks

I'm running the DNA Fat 40s 18 inch wheel on both the front and rear. In my opinion they run better than stock. I have heard the bad rap about DNA but mine have been solid. No issues with them holding air pressure, and not a single problem running to Sturgis and back.

Totally happy with the purchase.

Thanks, good to know. When did they do 40s? Website and every where else I've gone only shows the Mammoth Fat 52's?

You know they might have been discontinued, I bought mine from KC International for about 60 percent off. I tried looking on the DNA website a few months back and couldn’t find them either.
