So I chose cosmetics over performance because Im old and want to look good. However as much as I like what Ive done for appearance I now want to get as much performance out of the current setup. I am not looking to go street to strip or change the appearance so Ill be sticking with the TBR shorty turn out. My question is, what cam to go with. Im leaning toward the zippers 468 red shift as it claims to provide the mid range torque Im seeking. So S$S or fueling cam chest?
I'm leaning towards the Wood WM8-22X myself. You can read and compare lots more about cams at the link below.
What year is your bike? Looks like this should be in the 2018+ Softail section. If your bike is a 2020 or newer than there's no reason to upgrade the cam plate and/or oil pump. The stock cam plate is fine for just a cam. The oil pump should be upgraded, but only if you don't already have the newest (2020 and newer) Harley pump.

Thanks. The bike is a 2020 114 lowrider s. It has the the TBR shorty 2 into 1 turn out full system, and the TBR comp v stack air cleaner. Was dyno tuned no other tuner on board. Map is saved on a stick.

Then you do not need the cam plate or oil pump.
I didn't even know it was possible to flash a tune onto a stick.
I didnt know it could be done either. When doing the exhaust and intake I specifically ask what type of tuner I should go with. The shop said the techs will tune it on the dyno and save the stock tune as well as the new tune on a stick. I just need to provide the stick when going farther into a build. IDK Im not real tech savvy but I some have faith in the guys who are advising me. That said though Im still trying to learn and understand more on how to the setup thats right for me.
