Yes, coming out of WalMart I drug the left footboard, holy crap scared the crap out of me. I was feeling it because I finally made a tight turn in the friction zone and was able to turn at full lock. I'm learning to trust the bike and to be honest I learning to trust the bike, pointing my nose where I want the bike to go. I guess I just got relaxed enough to let the bike do what it does. Although scary at the time, now I laugh about it as it was an amazing feeling. Just excited that it is becoming second nature. It's funny in skydiving you have to relax and not think to fly. Much the same on the bike, riding relaxed I'd by far so much better. I continue to learn and practice daily. I have a lot to learn still but making progress is absolutely incredible.
Once you get good at it you may want to add something to impress your friends, Sparker bolts, will allow you to have sparks at night, be cool and the envy of all your friends!
Just kidding, good that you know how and when the floorboards contact the road surface so you will not be surprised and wet your pants when it happens.
From what I was reading, a rider can purchase total bolts that screw into the bottom of the boards. That way you can set off a spark show when you scrap.
