A shop that sells hose and line fittings and adapters should be able to help. ( Summit Racing etc...) You could try adding a twin port manifold where the oil pressure switch is located and have the best of both worlds.....pressure and temp.
If your concerned about your oil temp, just install a good oil cooler and be done with it. I suggest you look at a Oil Bud. Buy once, cry once. I went through two different coolers before I pulled the trigger on a Buds. I started with the HD cooler that went between the downtubes. Then graduated to a Jagg 10 row mounted on the side.
