Don't sweat the small stuff. We were all rookies once. Just remember that the only dumb question is the one you DON'T ask.

Something else that might help more. When Harley put your transmission with the balanced Twin Cam they found that the tranny was very difficult to shift so they changed the tranny in the TCs. When your at a stop light try revving the motor a bit when you look for neutral. It turns out that the vibes of the EVO motor help the tranny shift. Really helped with my 99 Heritage. Loved that EVO.
