Had my bike dyno tuned today and am very pleased with the results. I bought the Power Vision with a pre loaded map, and had been playing around with autotunes, but wasn't feeling like it was getting where it should. So, found someone local and made the appointment. I gained about 5hp/5tq over what it was when I btought it in, but SOP feels like much more. Bike is running so much smoother now, and feels a lot stronger. I am running a SE Heavy Breather, V&H BSS pipes, and Andrews 57H cams. Heads, injectors, etc are all stock. Ended up at 89 hp / 106 tq.
106 build, 585 cam, mild head work, and a D&D Bobcat.
I had hoped for higher HP but the engine runs great and the bike is a delight to ride. Prior to the build she had 75 max torque out of a 95ci. So much fun to ride around town and the canyons.

Surely not...Performance Machine MAX HP. I am happy with her. the torque is instant and awesome, she does fade a bit at higher rpms, so just adjusting riding style a bit.

What compression are you running the 585's at? The numbers actually look like the 583 cams.
Looks pretty good. I'll be the first to post a 124 hot set up kit using the bobcat. ( at least I haven't found anything anywhere on the net or otherwise) my fingers are crossed but I really think I need a pipe with less restriction.
Hey all! Here are the results after the SE 95" big bore kit was installed on my 2005 STD.
Feuling cam plate with HP oil pump
SE Heavy Breather Air Cleaner
Patriot Defender 2:1 pipes, valve opened to full
S&S 509C cams
Powercommander V - Still working on finding a better map. Map used for Dyno was rough in spots
Dyno before:
72.19 HP
87.46NM (64.5 ft lbs) Torque
Dyno after:
81.12 HP
102.02NM (75.25 ft lbs) Torque
Not too shabby! 9 HP gain and 10.75 Torque gain

A bore kit and cams only netted a pair of tens? Please find a good tuner, there's another pair of tens hiding in there somewhere - I would think..
