I did the Fuel Moto 107” kit on my 2012 Slim. I took it to Wolf Grasser w/Mutant Motors in Baytown Tx for the build & dyno.

The kit comes with CP Carrillo pistons & Woods lifters. I chose the Woods 555 cams & the compression is 10.25:1. I haven’t done any headwork yet, but already had an S&S Stealth AC & Vance & Hines Short Shots in there.

The Short Shots are horrible, and I’ll be swapping to a D&D Bobcat when I have the $ for Wolf to rework the heads. It was tuned with a PCV. Really wish I had a Power Vision.

I’ll have to get Wolf to send me a copy of the dyno sheet, but the baseline was right at 73HP & 84FT/LB. The final numbers were a fraction over 100HP & 119FT/LB.

Default New Dyno Numbers for my Slim S

I recently pull the stock SE255 cams and replaced them with the SE259e cams, and bumped the compression up a point. It picked horsepower and torque. The horsepower really jumped up (from 95 to 112 plus) from the original dyno pulls. Here's a picture of the bike and the best two pulls.

Default Fatboy 2002 EFI

SE 203 Cams
SE A/C with K&N filter
V&H 2 into 1 Pro pipe with quiet baffle
Tuned with Power Vision

I think the rest is stock but haven't checked if it's still a 88 and not a 95 or so?!

WOT shows 97.6ft-lbs @ 3,418rpm and 76.1hp @ 5,413rpm but the real benefit of the tune was at cruising when the bike was running waaaay to lean as you can see in the second picture.
