I recently purchased the RoadTech Zumo from Harley-Davidson and I compared it against the Garmin Branded version (Zumo 550) and found the Harley version superior. The Harley version comes with all H-D dealers listed as a POI. The handlebar mounting kit is stronger and more vibration resistant compared to the Garmin supplied unit. The supplied electrical harness is specific to HD models and makes the installation a breeze. You can see the RoadTech Zumo at the H-D web site.
It's a bit pricey, but it's been really nice having the ram mount ball integrated with the power port, so the whole setup blends in nicely when I don't have the GPS on the motorcycle. As for the GPS itself, went with the Zumo 550.
