The only thing I can say is I got a Windvest while I was in CA. and I love it. I can see and it keeps the wind off of me and it is adjustable and simple.

Anyone got one, and how tall are you?
I sent them an email last night. I told them that if they can guarantee me no buffeting, it would be an easy sale for them. I'm a little over 6'3" tall, have 3 helmets, and 3 seats of varying heights. Head-shake city with the Memphis Shades.....
Has anyone used the $1400 contraption from Corbin? Strange, it only comes in Black for my bike, but they show many colours in their gallery, but another unit they sell (touring fairing) is available primed.... and, as usual, they didn't respond to my email. They are brutal.
Mine is 16 inches and the way it's adjusted it's about 1/2 or so above the headlight housing. It's a "light smoke" in color. I am about 5-9 or 5-10, my seat is stock. When I was in CA. the owner installed it with me sitting on the bike and I've left it the way he put it on. If you want a picture up close I can email it, I think.
That's good to know. I'm 6'2", so I'd definitely take the 16" rather than the 14".
I only want the windshield for the occasional tour......
Man, don't let a little wind take away from your ride. If you turn this into your white whale you'll always be pissed riding around or you'll have so many windshields at your house you won't be able to afford the gas to take the bike out... Lose the screen and take the 'balance' wind management approach. I think the next failed screen attempt is going to be more costly and just as effective as you others.

I think you're right, as it's already happening with all of my seats. Thanks for giving my head another shake...... haha...... JR
