Gas mileage question

The bike has a carb, and I don't know if it's rejetted or not. I'm the third (yes, third) owner, and the previous owner couldn't tell me. He just knew that it had been done at the dealership.
And, yes, it's city driving, i.e. your average "from one red light to the next" kind of driving.
But it seems that the gas mileage I'm getting is not completely off the charts, which was the main thing I was worried about. I figured that the specs from the factory were unrealistic, but I wasn't sure what kind of gas mileage would be realistic. So given my circumstances it sounds like I'm getting an ok gas mileage.

I bought my bike new with Python shorties, the S/E A/C, and the stage 1 download. I regularly saw 50mpg, but the bike ran ridiculously lean.
With the Low Cat, Doherty, TTS, dyno tune, and larger wheels & tires, I got no more than 42mpg, sometimes less.
Bike should be back next week with a 103 and a 6-speed. I'll let y'all know what it does then.
