Skeez, just FYI.... I order all my parts today and the o-ring (pn - 11261) was available as an o-ring for about $1.50 each. So just to be sure I was not short the two o-ring I went ahead and ordered them. I rather have too much than be missing something that cheap during the build. Thanks again for all the help.

Venable- is that the narrow beach bar you have on your bike? Can you tell me the measurements from tip to tip?

I have been following this thread for awhile and actually done the front flstsc front fender installation as well as a flstf rear fender installation on my Bones. Everything looks great and I thank everyone for all their input on the front fender installation, part numbers, etc. I do have one problem. After installing the new front fender, has anyone run into a problem with tight springs or even no suspension at all from the springer? When I first put the fender on, I tightened everything to specs and took it for a ride. It was like I was riding a rigid front end. I got to looking close at everything and noticed the front heim joint on the "brake reaction link" was metal on metal with the caliper bracket instead of metal on heim joint, so it could move. I fixed that and it was ok for a couple days and now its like riding a rigid again. The springs compress and release if I slam on the brakes hard, but otherwise nothing. I looked at it again today and noticed the upper and lower bolts attaching the triangular "Fork Leg Bracket" to the "Rigid Fork Leg" are sitting against the fender. I don't know how the fender could have shifted. I may just take the whole thing apart and try all my connections again. Has anyone else ran into this?

the xbones lower rocker on the front end has a bushing on the right side that isnt on the heritage front end so the spacer attached to the chrome arm going to the fender has a larger hole than the one for the heritage as it fits over the bushing .this is an upgrade as the original design tended to be to tight causing a rigid feel to the front end,not moving freely up and down.so i cut off the arm going to the front fender on the bones and smoothed it ouit and powder coated it.no issues with movement up and down.im sure it will still ride like a caddy
well here is a few pics to show what i was talking about in the first pic they look close but when you turn it over it really shows how different they really are

ok heres a pic of the bushing and how far it sticks out of the lower rocker.that is the biggest difference
