I would give Andrews a call. I also wouldn't put a 37 into a TC88 without a big bore kit of say a 95" or 98". I'd also switch to the rolling chain and hydro cam chain tensioners. There's a kit. Might be able to get away with a 26. I'm not a motor head really but this has been brought up so often it has sunk in a little.

You also might get more replies by posting your question in the performance section.

37;s like more than stock compression 9.5 -10.2 and from what I've read they are mid-high cams coming on around 3000.
heres a couple reads I found on the cams.

37 need compression 9.4-10.0 is best
depends on what pipe also you are running . a fat cat it will give decent pulling power and climb nicely . not a high reving cam but for all good driveability.
a very good rock solid build is a
37 cam
95 - 98 ci
some mild to good head work.
and a good tune.

I have the 37g in my 88. It's not the best cam, but it's a good one. The bike has a hell of a top end, now.
