HELLRAZER Bars by Hawg Halters can be another option. Although pricey as well...

I stool this mod from fireman1501. He used a streamline throttle. At least get a internal throttle with internal barrings.

I ended up using Stylin Products who I believe make the bars for Hawg Halters bars using Hawg Halter's hand controls. It was painful dealing with them.

Very Very nice. Did you try to run the clutch internal too? If not why...If so what roadblocks occurred?

I didn't consider that, because I wanted to keep the original clutch and brake reservoir. Also there are a couple of bends. For the brake-line it is a not easy to get it through because in the Carlini bar there is an other internal bar in the ape. So keep the brakeline as narrow as possible.

Pretty sure your outer bars are 1.5 but do you know the diameter of these inner bars? I'm going with 1.25 and wondering if your bars end up having about the same room inside as 1.25's.

So a clutch cable can't take the bends as well as hydraulic? Your suggesting to run an internal clutch you would need to switch to a hydraulic clutch?
