Just added Grasshopper driver backrest on heritage
I just added the grasshopper driver backrest to my heritage today and took it out for a ride and all I can say is "WOW"! I'll have to post pics later on, but I give this backrest two thumbs up on comfort and style/looks!!
I've been on the fence about this one. I actually called the guy last year and he sounded great to deal with, but I wasn't sure how it would look. Is the quality good? I'd hate to put something on the bike that doesn't look like it belongs there. Also, what year is your Heritage, and how does it work with the pillion on?

I will take pics on Thursday and upload them then. My heritage is a 2008. It bolts on underneath the backseat in a matter of minutes. I rode for 150 miles today and I could not be happier! Pics to come!
grasshopper has great reviews in the metric communities too. glad your happy with it...from what I read on the forums (when I rode a metric), those things are worth every penny! Congrats man
I also added that backrest to my Heritage and you bet it does make a difference i will be putting it to its test when we head down to AZ bikeweek. 900 miles from here
Thats great info, we are going to Sturgis this year and its 1500 miles and ill for shure need something. I read on here once that that style of backrest added stress to the rear fender what is your oppinion?
