my 2006 heritage with a PCIII USB has the delayed start, has anybody upgraded to the PC-V retrofit. Does it fix the delayed starting issue?
Like it has to crank more before it fires? My bike did that with the PCV. It was only a few more cranks, but it was always longer than with just the OE ECU. Now that I'm on a PV the cranking is back to normal. It might be that way with any piggyback system.
