We were at this bike night on Wednesday and I saw this guy who had a 205 car tire on his softail!!? I asked how it was working out for him and he swears buy it. He said it's a 205 steel belted radio and gets up to 15,000 miles out of it two times longer than the harley tire and it's hafe the cost also there is more tire on the road.It looks squard off and does not look like it would corner at all but he said it does fine. Has anyone ever done this before? If so I would like to hear from you!!
Old news...people been doing it as long as there have been motorcycles. Makes perfect sense on big touring bikes that eat rear tires in 3-5 thousand miles
