A while back I posted I had been rear ended. Cratered my rear fender so it was take the easy way and chop it like a lot of people or do something completely different. I chose different with an Arlen ness tail dragger fender (made by Russ wernimont designs which I wish I would have known that!!!) fender struts and other parts off an 09 cvo springer. Springers had the same 240 rear setup and chrome oil tank. So far I have the fender all mounted up, just need to do some finish welding and add a little sheet metal in the front. Unfortunately while getting the fender mounted I noticed my back wheel has two cracked spokes out by the tire. So I guess after the fender is complete I will be changing wheels unless I can find a stocker pretty cheap. Also I'm looking for input on license plate mounts thinking of frenching it. Also lights as I prolly won't be going with bullets as I'm thinking of hard bag mounts. Thanks for the input as always you guys are a true inspiration and if it weren't for you I wouldn't have done half this stuff! Here's a few pics to show progress and my minor set back.
