The look of BO with 21" rear (with 260 tire) and 23" front wheels is really impressive. Bike shown should also have their front chopped fender with lowering kit if I'm not mistaking...
Would have liked to do this mod on mine but here in Italy is a real mess to have it street legal plus a lot of money to spend...
Also very nice is the stretched tank without console, a cleaner look for sure. Considered this mod too but there were a couple of issues that let me renounce on this mod, first one is a minor fuel capacity (about 20/25% less)and the loss of fuel level indications on speedo/tach.
But the fender is really nice, have it on my BO and very satisfied of it!

I would add that these bars increase the utility of those mirrors 100%.
Were your risers black from the factory or did you paint/replace them? If I could find a black gauge housing like yours a lot of my troubles would be over.

Given how low the rear suspension is, pretty much like a hard tail. hah. looks great but probably more show than go. Realistically need some suspension travel for the street.

I would like to know where they got the gray anodized fork tubes. no one seems to make replacement tubes in anything other than polished.
Those fork tubes are definitely shorter to compensate for the larger front wheel- either that or running shorter springs / preload spacers.

Overall another stunning example from Thunderbike.

Dunno about anodized fork tubes but guess the bike is running their fork lowering kit. This kit allows to lower by 1"(25mm).

Probably they anodized the stock ones?!
The TB air ride should give round about +100mm rear-travel.
From what i´ve heard they ride fine. In germany you´ll see many of those builds http://www.thunderbike.de/de/bikes/all_softail.html

Got it- they probably had the suspension fully lowered for the photo-

Probably- but that pic looks more like 2" lower on the forks. Also looks like they pick back up the ground clearance with the larger wheel.

A 2" larger wheel (so 1" from the axle to the ground) won´t change that much. I think they use 4.5" wide rims, to the tire will be pulled a bit flat by this, too. Probably it is just the lowered stock at front suspension and a full lowered air ride in the back.
