Great looking bike. What new rear tire did you get and what size?
I have the same pipes on my bike.

Thanks

Thanks. Have you installed it yet? I am wondering how this Elite 3 250 compares to Metzeler 260 size wise?

Seems pretty good. Way better than the stock tire but that had 7000mi on it.
Also I took the wheel of the bike and had the dealer mount it. Was a pain getting it back on. I could not imagine stuffing a larger one under there. But I do have a 1.5” lowering kit on the rear which I’m sure didn’t help me.

I've had both tires on my 2014. Go with the Metzeler 880 if you can. I've got the Metz on my bike now.

There were quality issues with Metzelers made South of the Border your Side of the Pond. Not sure about now but no issues with European made ones. Maybe worth checking before shelling out? Information about faulty Metzeler tires were on this forum.

Thanks. I will check those. I shouldn't have any fitment issues as I have Thunderbike rear fender on my bike.

Thanks. I have been looking for 260 Metzeler but its almost impossible to find. I think they stopped production of 880s for a while on 260 size. It is on their web site.
