Does not look like the threads of the bolt are stripped, only the head where the torx socket goes in. As stated above, put the other bolt in to relieve the pressure on the unit, then put some heat (propane torch) on the head of the offending bolt, take a pair of vice grips and clamp on to the head of the bolt and you should be able to get it loose. Heat is your friend when loctite is involved. Wear gloves so you so not get burned working around the hot bolt. I have also used a soldering iron on the head, however it takes a bit longer to heat up the bolt.

I like the chisel and hammer idea, it's worked for me.

Another trick is to use an electric soldering iron to apply heat. If heat doesn't work, drill the head off, remove the bracket, and more than likely the remaining part of the bolt will screw out.

Sometimes you can hammer in a flathead screw driver bit, larger Philips head or larger Torx to get enough grip to extract it. I prefer PB Blaster, but several work just fine for penetrating oil.

You might also try super gluing a sacrificial Torx bit.

I have had great luck with bolt extractors on stripped Torx, Allen and Phillips.
