This is a crazy thread .. a lot of anxiety over something as mundane a cleaning your ride.
I've been using pledge for a couple of years now. At first I thought everyone who used the stuff was full of ****. The first time I used it, I put the bike out in the sun and to be honest, the color, rich sunglow blue really popped out like never before. Somebody said heavy dust from dirt roads sticks to it like a magnet ... that may be true. One of the only drawbacks.
