Danielle - thanks! I think it looks decent.

As for people crying about the fender.... Its a kickup fender not a hundred thousand dollar chopper. I like it as is. And for the record, it cant be mounted lower. There is no possible way to and still use the seat and make it look normal.

The height on the fender looks fine to me.

BMX I had a set of Firestones delivered yesterday for my XS. They're a cool looking tire. First time seeing them in person so I was a bit leary of how they'd look. /end hijack.

Hey SF, ride the hell out of it and enjoy it! About the time everyone on here decides they love it, you'll just change it up again! It's easier to please yourself vs the masses, and you're happy, so, who cares?
-still waiting on the front fender idea, personally-

it can be done. stop your bitchin and get that grinder out (lol). got nothing to do with how expensive your "chopper" is bro. that thing sits way too high for the tire you're running back there. it could look like this...damn near same fender you got!
Summer Switch-Up-wyplp.jpg

Hilarious. Thats a different bike, fender and seat. I like how mine looks. Its not supposed to be "slammed" to tbe tire. Its not a sbow bike. The set up i have now will not allow tbe fender any closer.

Seriously SF, I've been rifling through these forums for a long *** time, even long before I signed up... And the ONE thing I ALWAYS remembered seeing was your "White Trash" ride!

When I found out you started this thread, I was extremely disappointed to hear that you were 86'n the clip-ons... I mean, your bike was actually a small part of the inspiration behind the direction I went with "Rapture" for crying' out loud!

I think what you've done in this most recent of transformations is pretty f@ckin slick... Pardon my French Canadian. I love how you switched it up and took the bike to a whole new side of the "street". (see what I did there?)

That bike is you, and I mean that with total respect. I don't personally know you, but anyone who paints their sporty chameleon green/purple flip flop, puts clips ons where the highway bars should be, and runs the *** end fenderless, deserves an effin round of applause! You did exactly what you thought was cool and didn't give 2 ***** what anyone else thought. and for that, my hat is off to you sir.

Now, go ride the **** outta that pig and keep doin' what you're doin'!

I like it!

Question for ya...why the speedo relo on the right side?

My opinion...your bike...if you run the rear plug wire under the coil relo bracket instead of over it, looks cleaner.

Glad you kept the tank paint!
