Well, it's my own doing. In an effort to see what the bike could and couldn't do, I managed to scrape off a significant amount of the rear mounting bracket for the rider's footboard on the right side. I've looked through the whole parts catalog and could only find pans and boards...no brackets. There seems to be enough metal still there to ride safely, but I foresee needing one in the future. I'd appreciate any help in finding a part number y'all could provide. Below is a picture for reference.
I surely do appreciate the help folks. I figured there is still a decent amount of metal left to ride safely. When I found the bracket worn down, I checked the left side too and only found evidence of scrapes on the pan. But that's when I realized how much had been worn down.
Thank you again. I've bookmarked the sites and logged the part number in my maintenance manual. For now, I'll just treat the exposed metal and keep an eye on it. You guys are awesome.
Cheers! And ride safely.
