OK guys, riding season has arrived and I am in the market for some new boots. I need boots that not only fit the bill for riding, but boots you can also walk around in after you get to your destination. Let me know what you like and if you know of a good place to order boots include that as well. Thanks for any suggestions

I like my Doc Martin's, can't beat them for comfort and protection. I tried HD boots and was disappointed. The Doc's I can wear all day long, in fact I wear them at work so am in them all day long, have a work pair and a riding pair. Best $100 spent.

I really liked the Faded Glory boots from HD. Cant seem to find them anymore, very comfortable. Now wear the Chippewa Engineer boots, very happy with those.

I purchased these from DK. Love the easy on with the zippers, great traction when maneuvering the Ultra backwards, and it is the only footwear I wore for 10 days straight at Sturgis last year. These boots were not uncomfortable straight out of the box and have gotten better as they broke in.
