I'm 6' on a 2014 street glide and run the HD 10" wind spitter. The 2014 does have the vented fairing. So my results may be different than yours but I love this windshield. I wear a full face and experience no head buffeting with this shield also you can go to your dealer and demo it. Hope this helps.

I'm good past 100 with my 8" LRS and no helmet, glasses are dead smooth

....or... keep it below 80.

Problem solved.

With a tank lift, many experience a reduction in buffeting, all engines like the cooling from the extra air going under the tank (and across the engine) instead of over it.
